PC29 Don’t be a Gossip. We examine the sin of gossiping and slander in the light of the Word of God. This study guides our thoughts.
Excerpt from the Tract
Leviticus 19:16 Thou shalt not go up and down as a talebearer among thy people: neither shalt thou stand against the blood of thy neighbor: I am the LORD.
The definition of gossip is a person who repeats news or rumors, even murmurings or conversation that hurts other people’s image, when these people are absent and cannot defend themselves. It is a cowardly form to speak about others behind their backs (or being absent) in order to discover something (true or false) about them that they would not say in front of that person to their face because it is insulting or would humiliate the person. Gossip is an attack against the person they are talking about.

I say "for a person to have a right walk before God" meaning that what you personally do is acceptable in a level of being fair and just both what you do to others, and in the context of what others do to you. You only have a claim of somebody doing something "wrong" in a moral context, and this moral context has to begin with God's existence and God's laws over us before you get to what happens in a court of law in a country, state, county, or city.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
This verse fully backs up this concept. To "please God" who is the Judge... The concept of "rewarder" is somebody that looks at actions and gives a reward or a punishment. This is ultimately God's task, and earthly judges must also answer to God, as those in their courts have to answer to that earthly judge. We posit God "must believe that he is" means they must accept the authority and controls (of blessing or curse, of reward or punishment) from the Judge. He exists. He has a forceful interaction with our lives.
The system that is built on this is a system where one person doesn't get anything different from another. Are there abuses? Yea, but life is full of injustices. But taking something from one person to give to another person is not the answer here especially when the person you are taking away things from really hasn't done anything wrong. Black people (Asians, etc.) need to enter shoulder to shoulder with every other person on an equal ground, and they need to compete. That is life. If they of their own merit and effort get ahead, so be it. But nobody owes them a living. Reparations are the opposite of this.

John R. Rice’s work on prayer, Asking and Receiving, is a short 25 page book on the basics of prayer.
Dr. John R. Rice was widely known as a man of prayer—not just a man who spent time in prayer, but one who was heard and answered by God. In this, he was like the heroes of the Faith of which we read in the Bible. From before the days of Elijah on through the days of the early church, prayer has always been God’s means of pouring out His greatest blessings on His servants.
Dr. Rice’s burden was that all of God’s people learn the secrets of prayer and receive the blessings that it brings. His book Prayer—Asking and Receiving serves as a manual to instruct us in this matter.
He begins by defining just what biblical prayer is, tells us what the proper objects of prayer are, and then describes just how to pray. We are encouraged to discover how vast the potential of prayer is and also warned of the things that will keep prayer from being effective in obtaining the answer from God.
In our day, God is seeking men who will stand in the gap to avert His judgment. Men of prayer are just the kind of men needed for this task. Any child of God can use the access to God we have through Jesus and come boldly to His throne for help. Dr. Rice will lead you in the right way to engage in this blessed ministry of prayer.
